Parents want to know

Parenting can be the most amazing and rewarding job of your life.  It certainly is the job that demands the most commitment.  Preparing to have children if you do have the luxury  of preparation should be taken very seriously.  Becoming a parent means bringing another human being in the world that will demand everything from you in order to survive.  So be assured this may take up much of your time and energy.

Once this child arrives it will need clothes, food, and adults to love and care for it.  Be sure to buy many diapers with the expectation of changing and cleaning the child.  This may not be one of the more pleasant activities that are involved but it is a necessity.

There are also many pricey objects of baby paraphernalia that are required; such as a crib, (this is a bed for babies) a changing table (to make cleaning easier), a swing (entertainment), a coach (pedestrian travel), and a car seat (mobile travel).   These are the more expensive objects that will be useless within a short amount of time since this child grows quickly and therefore will need upgrades, which is cause for more expense.
Toys are a must, for it will give the child entertainment, motor, and imagination skills that will last a lifetime.

You may need to consider living conditions as the child will require there own space for themselves and all they acquire over time.  Not to mention, privacy will be a hard pleasure for yourself to attain otherwise if you have to share a room.  Even more important is the educational facilities your neighborhood provides.  This is something that needs to be investigated and approved.  Trying to teach this growing child is something that needs professional assistance.

Overall the most important part of being a parent is enjoying every moment of what you have created.  This child may look like you, but it will love and look up to you.  You will see it mirroring everything it sees and learns from you.  It will depend on you for love, and protection.  YOU will be the most important thing or person in this person’s life…..for most of it anyway.  Treasure every moment.
